Nick Perera (Executive Director): Responsible for leading the daily operations and staff of Washington Youth Soccer in implementing its strategic plan, maintaining existing programs, and implementing new programs to drive growth of youth soccer in the state.
Keli Bitow (Administrative Services): Manages and assists with all WYS registration (players, coaches, admins, clubs, etc.) and RMAs, communicates with and supports member club boards and staff, ensures legal and member organization compliance, oversees office and staff administration, and works with various groups and committees (such as the Disciplinary Committee).
Bastien Catrin (EPD and State Cup Director): Oversees the Elite Player Development (EPD) program and all State Cups, including Recreational Cup, Presidents Cup, Founders Cup, and State Championships.
Paul Bayly (irector of Coaching Education): Manages and recruits for all coaching education courses in the state, from Grassroots to National “C” Level courses.
Nicole Malland (Competitive Programs Coordinator): Assists with management of EPD and State Cups, including working with sponsors and partners, event planning and coordination, and travel logistics. In charge of Tournament Sanctioning, which includes receiving and reviewing applications, processing payment, and posting the tournament to the WYS website.
Kyle Rodeheaver (League and State Cup Scheduler): Coordinates RCL and State Cup schedules, working with relevant WYS staff, clubs, and associations.
Tony Roberts (Director of Partnerships and Innovation): Seeks out new partners for marketing and other purposes, works with existing partners, works with other staff to execute partner contracts, and innovates new and novel ways to grow the business of Washington Youth Soccer.
Rachel Wilton (Foundation Director): Operates and manages the Washington Youth Soccer Foundation, including its flagship program, Soccer For Success.
Jordan Schweitzer (Foundation Program Manager): Assists with management of the WYS Foundation, including managing coaches and volunteers, coordinating events, and other administrative duties.
Tom Tate (TOPSoccer Chair): Oversees Washington’s TOPSoccer, our program for players 4 years of age and older who have developmental and/or physical disabilities.
Dee White (Referee Program Director): Organizes and coordinates all youth soccer referee assignments in Washington.
