About Washington Youth Soccer

It is our mission to foster the physical, mental and emotional growth and development of the State of Washington’s youth through the sport of soccer at all levels of age and competition.

We are thrilled to announce that this summer Washington Youth Soccer is Celebrating 50 Years of Girls Soccer in Washington. A summer-long celebration is planned to commemorate this celebration, all leading up to the Washington Youth Soccer Celebrating 50 Years of Girls Soccer in Washington Event scheduled for September 24, 2022, at the Seattle Airport Marriott. This will be an evening not to be missed filled with fun and excitement including live and silent auctions, a gourmet dinner, featured female speakers, and the presentation of the top soccer players spanning the past 50 years.

In 2022, Washington Youth Soccer will launch “Let HER Play” Let HER play is an after-school youth soccer program designed to bring together female Coaches and Players for inspirational growth opportunities on and off the field. Let Her Play leverages Washington Youth Soccer’s Let Her Coach program by affording newly licensed youth soccer coaches the opportunity to teach, mentor, and inspire youth soccer players in the community where they live and work. Proceeds from the Celebrating 50 Years of Girls Soccer in Washington events will support the Let HER Play & Let HER Coach in growing both programs, as well as providing grants to support the core Foundation goals: Increasing opportunities and access to youth soccer for underserved youth and communities.

Supporting Washington Youth Soccer Foundation will help expand its capacity to provide safer, youth development programming and create and fund quality, safe, and accessible fields with improved access in underserved communities as a priority.
